Our warranty does NOT cover abuse, neglect, or general wear and tear of your product.
If you send you tack back for a repair and it has not been cleaned, we will charge a fee based on the condition.
Shipping Policies

Luan's Leathers standard shipping methods:
UPS Ground: Upon request

USPS Priority: All orders shipped within the U.S. or Internationally

USPS First Class: Conchos shipped within the U.S. or Internationally

All packages ship WITHOUT insurance, unless specifically requested by the customer. The customer is responsible to notify Luan's Leathers at the time of the order if insurance is desired as well as any additional shipping charges.
Customers with packages shipping via UPS Ground and USPS Priority will receive a courtesy e-mail (if the customer has provided one to Luan's Leathers) from UPS or USPS with pertinent tracking and deliver confirmation information.
The customer is responsible to provide Luan's Leathers with the correct contact information, shipping address and e-mail at the time of the order. Once the product has shipped, Luan's Leathers is not responsible for incorrect contact or shipping information. We can provide a deliver intercept at an additional charge to the customer.
International shipments may incur a tax and tariff at the time of delivery or receipt. Any and all charges, taxes, fees, or other duties due are the sole responsibility of the customer.
